So, I suppose I should explain what it is I'm doing.

I do "photomanipulation." Nothing here is from scratch.

However, the ONLY thing I use are full-frame filters. (Ie: any transformation I do to one part of the image, I do equally to all other parts of the image. no selection areas or feathering or any of that nonsense).

That being said, I'm learning ways of and processes for iteratively applying simple filters and arithmetic to the same image, recursively, and producing some truly wonderful effects from it.

The most proper description would be perhaps that I am merely "computer enhancing" the chaos that was already in the image.

Neato and stuff, right? I'm kinda doing the exact opposite of all the other wonderful artists around here who can turn a simple wacom tablet into a screaming portal of the aesthete.

Anyhow, remember that when you look at my stuff, otherwise it's not really in context.

Either that, or this has all been done by so many other people and you all are bored with it. But I wasn't paying attention to that, apparently, and I'm enjoying myself immensely nevertheless.

Oh yah, I'm supposed to remind you all... these pics are huge. They'll spank your 56k and make it cry. Sorry. The whole point of what I do is make lots of neato chaos happen at high resolutions, so just viewing the thumbs on my stuff is useful for noting what the picutre would look like if you got 20 feet back from it hanging on the wall, but not for really getting a sense of what I'm doing.
